Southern Tier PC has expert PC techs who are REAL people, decent, kind, courteous, respectful and respectable. AND they are reasonably-priced. I have considered them my computer fixers/updaters for years. I live about an hour away from Corning and there are PC techs much closer to me but I choose to utilize their business as I trust and like the quality of service. KUDOS Adam and company!
I have a business computer, everything I do is online ( like my business). They told me they would bump my computer up since its business . I still had to wait a week before they called me to tell me my hard drive is bad. Ok fine, now they installed another one & I have to restart my computer every morning just to get it to wake up. I have no pages that I was working on just load up. I also have to restart my computer several times a day just to get a page to load. I didn't have to do this before.
