Stand by promise. Do conscientious work.
And they're open on Sunday 9-5, no one else around here does that.
Great Crew! Art and Nate know what they are doing and always take care of their customers! A+ service!
This particular garage and employees are completely amazing! I've had them do work on my company vehicles a few times and my experience has always been perfect! I always price check before I have a mechanic do work and they have been the cheapest or middle ground of every place I've called. The last time they did work I had break lines go so they did the work, over the phone they gave me a very blind estimate and when they got my truck in they gave me an exact quote and estimated time the work would be complete.I stopped in around the time the estimated and the work was not done and they were just getting ready to call me. As they got into the job they realized they needed to do more work and put other parts on in order to complete the job, basically they had to do twice the work and told me it would just be today at some point. I finally get a call less than an hour before they close to say the work was done, I explained I needed to find a ride and may not make it before close. The manager (I believe who works the counter) offered to stay late or personally come get me whenever was convenient. When I get there to pick my truck up they explained that some bushing, and a few other lines broke ehike working on it (due to rust, never being done since the truck was bought), and did more lines, couple new rotors, calipers, and pads...they did not charge me a penny over the quoted price! They also apologized for the inconvenience of having to wait a few hours more and gave me a free oil change! Moral of this story, they should be your first and last call when a vehicle breaks down!
Lucky I didn't die after picking up my kids from school and after I spent close to $2000 on new lines and such (brake fluid poured out all over the engine). Took it back in twice. Had to talk to the regional supervisor who sent me to a different monro in a different town to fix everything (third times a charm). Come to find out the original mechanic is not certified or trained in brake repair. Would never go there for anything ever.
Took me in with no wait. Open until 7, instead of the usual 5. Fixed my hood cable, after Walmart broke it and stated they could not fix it. Reasonably priced. Great/Friendly staff. Not sure why they have a three star rating at the time of me writing this, because they've been great.
